Moofields Eye Charity - Grants Strategy
Impact areas
Within our strategy, we have identified
three impact areas, which collectively
offer the breadth that will bring us
closer to achieving our mission.
1. Discovery science
We will invest in early stage ideas,
foundational science, and cutting-edge
breakthroughs that we hope will lead to
new discoveries in eye health research.
This will:
• grow our knowledge and
understanding around the causes,
mechanisms, risk factors and
consequences of eye conditions
• improve our understanding
of the connections between the eyes
and wider health, including systemic
and neurological conditions.
